1. Products

Under normal circumstances, our clothes have standard sizes. That means you have the opportunity in your wardrobe to see what size it most is represented. This then you should also order from us.
In order to avoid problems we created a size chart to make sure you pick the right size

Please note, however, that in rare cases there can be variations of the size, for which we can not assume liability. Fortunately, it is no problem to exchange the product, if the size does not fit!

It is recommended that the shirts are being turned inside out before washing, in order to save the printing. Wash best at 30°-60°. Ironing is possible. For exact information please take a look at the washing instructions of the shirt itself.

We try to offer you the best possible quality! That's why we only use the best-quality T-shirts made of 100% pure cotton.
For lasting comfort sleeves and neckline are provided with double seams.

Often we receive special requests from customers and clans that want to buy a shirt in a different color, size or with modified logo with their individual tag on it.
Unfortunately we have to reject those requests in most cases, as we on the basis of minimum required order-quantities do not have the possibility to customize items for customers.

2. Order Process

However, the best way for you to order is using the internet, since it is assured that all important data will be transmitted.

To order online, you can add products to your shopping cart, simply by pressing the right button. You can add and remove products to or from your cart at any time. Also the amount of each product can be changed by simply changing the number and clicking “refresh” afterwards.
As soon as all products have been added to the cart entirely, you have to create a customer account, or use your login data to proceed the order. By using the shopping cart, you will then be redirected to our check-out.
There you can choose the method of shipment (step1) and the method of payment (step2) Before your order is not entirely completed, you can always go back to change the products, shipping address, delivery address, or the method of shipping/delivery.
At the third site, all data concerning your order will be displayed for validation. If you send in your order, a symbol will show up, telling that your order has been turned in successfully.

Depending on the method of payment which has been chosen, you will receive your products wrapped in a package delivered by DHL or GLS. Before accepting the delivery, please make sure the package is not damaged in any way and has not been opened before.

3. Shipment

The prize for shipping the products depends on different factors. Depending on the method of shipment, (DHL or GLS) and the method of payment, but also to which country the products are shipped, will be responsible for different shipping costs.
For this we added a spread-sheet with the shipping costs here.

To proceed the shipping as fast as possible, we are working with two different shipping companies. At the ordering process, you can choose between DHL and GLS, by personal preference. As soon as you as your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code, where you can follow the current state of your order.

4. Method of payment

We offer three different methods of payment to every customer. Advanced payment, cash on delivery and Paypal payment are available.
In the second step of our ordering-process, the method of payment can be chosen.

In general, we receive your money 1 or 2 days after you wired it. The order ist instantly being shipped after we receive the money

If you use cash on delivery as your method of payment, we instantly send out the goods as long as they are on stock.
The invoiced amount will collected by the mailman on delivery
Unfortunately, we can't avoid deliveries coming with DHL to be added an extra fee of 2,00 EURO. This amount is an independent and unavoidable extra fee, on which we do not have any kind of influence

Paypal is a payment-service, where you have the option to pay with Credit card, giropay or balance payment. With Paypal we receive your payment immediately, so your order can bes send out the same day. Paypal-payments can made with just a few clicks and are monitored against misusage. In order to pay with Paypal, please choose Paypal as payment-method and finish the ordering-process. Afterwards you will be linked automatically to the Paypal-website. After logging in or registering you can finish your payment at Paypal-website.

5. Returns

No problem! There are two cases: In case you want to send back your delivery entirely, please fill out our return-form and send it back to us together with your package.

In case you want to return only one piece, we created a helpful form which is supposed to make things easier for you. After that, you simply send the goods back to us.

Please understand that we cannot take accept any mail, where no postal charges were paid.

The legal warranty amounts to 24 month, starting with the date of purchase. This only applies to goods purchased at our shop.

As soon as we receive the goods, it will be checked technically, and exchanged in case of a failure. If a failure is detected, and we do have a replacement product on stock, we will ship it instantly. Please also not the following hints:

1. The package has to be stamped sufficiently. If a failure is detected, we will of course refund the charges for shipping.

2. Please also make sure to use the original package, and to supply all attachments.

3. Please don't use the original package as the package you're sending the good with (except for PC cases)

4. Please make sure to fill out the RMA-form properly, including a detailed error description.
